What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cottages: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, early departures, or shortened stays are non-refundable.
RV Guests: Please refer to your booking platform for cancellation policies. Rates and policies may vary during peak periods and special events.
May we smoke in the rooms?
No. All of our cottages and indoor venues are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around any cottage or indoor facilities. A fine of $250 will be imposed on anyone for violation. There are designated smoking areas around the outdoor fire pits that guests can use.
Can I bring my dog?
We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
Clean up after them.
No pets on furniture or comforters.
Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.
Can I swim in the river?
Yes. RTC has 750 feet of access to the Guadalupe River. Please enjoy the river responsibly as no lifeguard is on duty. Depending on the season and the water level, our section of the river may be too shallow to swim.
What should I bring, what is provided?
Provided: Linens, towels, toiletries, coffee pods, creamer, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi.
Bring: Personal items, beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen, food, drinks—and a sense of adventure
Can I use the riverside fire pits and grills?
Yes. Guests can use our outdoor fire pits and grills on a first come first serve basis.
Do the rooms have a telephone?
No, we have found most guests have mobile phones.
Do you serve breakfast?
A K-cup coffee maker is provided in the room with creamer and sweetener. We do not serve breakfast, but we can recommend several great breakfast places in Kerrville, some even within walking distance.
Is there a swimming pool?
We do not have a swimming pool, we have the Guadalupe River! Always supervise children while on the property and swim at your own risk.
Do you have stairs?
Yes, as a matter of fact we have quite a few stairs. Many of our cottages have steps up to the door.
How do I get the key to my room?
All cottages have keypad and/or lockbox entry. Check-in instructions will be emailed and/or texted before arrival.
Requests for adjoining rooms
We offer limited options for adjoining cottages. Requests for adjoining cottages must be made in advance, are subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed. To request for one, please inquire at the time of your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them.
Do you offer daily cleaning service?
As vacation rentals, we do not provide daily cleaning. But extra towels are available in every cottage. Guests can request additional cleaning services for a fee.
Do the rooms have kitchens?
No. Our cabins all come equipped with a small microwave, a mini fridge and a K-cup single cup coffee maker. Cottages 8 and 9 are the two larger two-bedroom cottages with a full kitchen.
Do you have an ice machine?
Unfortunately no, we do not have an ice machine onsite.
